Biocare shakes and bars have helped me on my glp1 journey. Helps me with protein intake and when I’m not really hungry and want something special Biocare is it! I hope they come out with a blueberry muffin, lemon pound cake , or banana pudding flavors next! lol
I was experiencing every side effect imaginable, started in January and then I discovered Biocare in July. The turnaround happened almost instantly, no more nausea, fatique, bloating, lower belly pain. And like another customer mentioned I did suffer from constipation after about 2 days after shot, but I changed the way I eat, smaller meals, added fiber and protein. Take MiraLAX the day of the shot and day after and I have 5 prunes at night before bed. Now I can plan things, go places without fear of having an accident, I did see a Urologist just to see if I was on the right track and he said if it is working for me to just keep it up and if I start having problems let him know, no follow up. I have my life back. Others have mentioned the consistency being too thick, but I love it, reminds me of a milkshake, I do add things, 1/2 of a frozen banana, frozen strawberries, freeze dried strawberries, PB2 peanut butter powder or the kind with cocoa, also add Chia seeds for extra fiber. I know it adds calories but I am on Weight Watchers and I count the points, I treat the shake like a meal. The shakes are a bit pricey, I only use 2 per week to get me over the shot days and the day after, would definitely take them more often I I could afford it, but for now it is working for me. It has helps me with my A1c and cutting down on Diabetic meds, and helped me get to Onederland for the first time in 48 years.
I like the Salted Chocolate Caramel (to be fair I’m not a huge chocolate fan but liked it enough to reorder it). I LOVE the strawberry! I was so excited with the vanilla release. Unfortunately it’s not good. It’s really got a weird, funky taste. I wish I would’ve bought a sample pack of it before I bought a 14 count box.
I absolutely love biocare, it’s delicious, mixes very well with water, but best of all absolutely no side from me glp-1 medication, I just wish they had expedited shipping I’ll almost out.

It's a great way to get proteins and fibers. Very good taste. Wish it would have less powder for same # of proteins and fiber, so it's not too thick when drinking. And a little bit less expensive. Still very good products.
I wish I could leave a review with zero stars. The consistency and taste is extremely off-putting and it gets worse the longer it sits. I have never attempted a protein shake that was this bad. I’m so so disappointed in myself for not reading about the zero return policy prior to ordering. I ordered based off numerous (maybe paid?) reviews. I tried giving them away and a few coworkers and friends try them and they agreed. The taste and incredibly thick consistency was just too much. I wish I could be more descriptive of how bad the taste was, but I don’t know how to explain it. It’s almost like it had to be a production mistake where something got left out completely or maybe something got doubled on accident. Meaning, it was just a flavor taste I didn’t care for. It was undrinkable. Definitely recommend a sample pack but jumping into bundle that gets wasted like I did.
I love this product because it is specifically designed for people on their Glp1 journey, I love that it addresses issues you may have taking a Glp1 medication. It also helps me prevent so I don't have to treat my side effects.
I love all the flavors. I can’t thank Biocare enough because it helped me tremendously during my weight-loss journey. The product tastes good without the nasty aftertaste that most products have. I feel full and nourished after a Biocare shake. Vanilla is my favorite flavor.
