Shipping Policy

 

We know timely delivery matters — and we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Free Shipping is available on orders of $49 or more (contiguous U.S. only). Orders under $49 will incur standard shipping rates at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.

Orders placed on holidays ship the next business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET begin processing the following business day.

We aim to process all orders within two (2) business days.

At this time, expedited shipping is not available due to ongoing carrier volatility and cost fluctuations.

Based on carrier performance, most orders within the contiguous United States arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with delivery updates and confirmation.

Please note: Robard/Biocare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. To avoid delays or delivery issues, please confirm your shipping and contact information at checkout.


Return Policy

 

All sales are final. Refunds are not issued.

As a Certified Safe Quality Food (SQF) manufacturing facility, our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) prohibit us from accepting returns of consumable products once they have left our fulfillment center.

That said, your satisfaction matters. If within 14 days of confirmed delivery you receive:

The wrong product

A damaged product

An incorrect shipment

Please contact us. We will issue a credit (excluding shipping costs) or provide an exchange for product(s) of equal value. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
