Shipping policy
How & when your order ships
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Free shipping on orders of $49 or more (contiguous U.S. only).
- Orders under $49 incur standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout.
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, and we aim to process all orders within two (2) business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET begin processing the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
- Orders placed on holidays ship the next business day.
- Most orders within the contiguous U.S. arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, based on carrier performance.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number with delivery updates and confirmation.
- Expedited shipping isn't available at this time, due to ongoing carrier volatility and cost fluctuations.
Return policy
Returns & making it right
As a Certified Safe Quality Food (SQF) manufacturing facility, our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) prohibit us from accepting returns of consumable products once they've left our fulfillment center.
Please contact us and we'll issue a credit (excluding shipping costs) or provide an exchange for product(s) of equal value. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
