1. Eligibility
The Biocare January 2026 Social Media Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Biocare, Robard Corporation, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising agencies, distributors, and each of their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter.

2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Biocare, a brand of Robard Corporation, located at:
821 East Gate Drive, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 (“Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering this Giveaway, entrants (“You”) agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant at its sole discretion.

4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”).

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of receipt.

6. Random Drawing & Odds
Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via Instagram and/or TikTok Direct Message and/or email on or about February 2, 2026. Winners must respond within two (2) days of notification. If a winner does not respond or redeem the prize within the response period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Prizes
Each of the two (2) winners will receive:

Prizes are non-transferable, with no substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion. If an advertised prize item is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

All costs not expressly included (e.g., taxes) are the responsibility of the winners.

8. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be shipped via UPS or a comparable carrier within 2–4 weeks after winner verification. Sponsor is not responsible for shipment delays or incorrect delivery information.

9. Taxes & Liability Release
All federal, state, and local taxes related to prize receipt are the sole responsibility of the winners.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and all related entities from any liability related to participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

No purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise its integrity. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

By submitting an entry, you grant the Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your name, handle, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
