Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Robard Corporation, 821 East Gate Drive, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, on behalf of its Biocare brand (the "Sponsor").

The prize is provided by Hume Health. Hume Health is not the sponsor or administrator of this promotion.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Robard Corporation, Hume Health, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

The promotion begins on September 15, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this promotion.

4. How to Enter

Standard entry (one entry). During the Entry Period, visit the giveaway page at biocarenutrition.com and submit the entry form with a valid email address. Limit one (1) standard entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Entries submitted by any automated means, by script, macro, or bot, or by any entry service are void.

Bonus entry (one additional entry). Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag both @humehealth and @biocarenutrition so the share is visible to Sponsor. Limit one (1) bonus entry per person for the entire Entry Period. Because Instagram Stories expire after twenty-four (24) hours, Sponsor must be able to see the tagged share while it is live. Entrants with private accounts should send a direct message to @biocarenutrition instead. Sponsor is not responsible for shares it cannot verify.

Following. Entrants are encouraged to follow @humehealth and @biocarenutrition on Instagram. Following is not required to enter or win.

Maximum two (2) total entries per person. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Hume Health Hume Pod body composition scale. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $229.00 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $229.00 USD.

The prize is fulfilled and shipped directly by Hume Health to an address within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All costs not expressly stated as included are the winner's responsibility, including any federal, state, and local taxes. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 16, 2026 and will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and, where applicable, by Instagram direct message. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

7. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with this promotion will be used by Sponsor to administer the promotion and is otherwise subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at biocarenutrition.com. Entrants may opt in to receive marketing emails from Biocare. Opting in is not required to enter or win, and entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Sponsor will share the confirmed winner's name and shipping address with Hume Health solely for the purpose of fulfilling the prize. Entrant information is not otherwise sold, shared, or transferred to Hume Health or to any third party.

8. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or not received for any reason, or for any technical malfunction, human error, or failure of any network, server, or provider.

If for any reason the promotion cannot be conducted as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Robard Corporation, Hume Health, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

The prize is provided without warranty of any kind from Sponsor. Any manufacturer warranty accompanying the prize is provided by Hume Health and is the sole warranty applicable to the prize.

10. Not a Medical Device

The prize is a consumer wellness product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Its readings are estimates rather than clinical measurements. Biocare does not provide medical advice. Consult your care team before making changes to your nutrition or your treatment plan.

11. Platform Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from or related to this promotion. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to Instagram.

12. Governing Law

This promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of this promotion shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

13. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Hume and Biocare Giveaway Winner List, Robard Corporation, 821 East Gate Drive, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, to be received no later than November 15, 2026.
