I am loving the flavor of this minty crunch bar. Although I am a little bummed it's not actually crunchy. It puts me in the mind of a brownie or nougat type texture. It does help curve my cravings while on Zep. And the mint is a little burst of pick me up. Peppermint is very good when it comes to stomach issues. I love eating this flavor crunch bar when my Zep gives me really bad stomach cramps sometimes. A York peppermint Patty or JR mint but more healthier and more of the mint taste. I would love this flavor in crunch bar bites maybe in an zip lockable pouch. Yummy!
I like this bar, it is my second favorite of the biocare bars. I love chocolate and the bar is intensly chocolate.
I've tried seven or eight different brands of protein bars and some are too sweet and some are not even worth eating but these biocare the mint and the caramel protein bars also the cinnamon and the multi fruit are far better than anything out there and it's worth the extra to me for Taste and quality.
Such a good bar for a treat when you want something that feels decadent but is healthy! Light and crispy with great flavor!
I am not surprised this tastes better than I expected. I have another great option now to eat.
